Could Dry, Yellow Skin Be Indicative Of Jaundice Or Vitamin D Deficiency?

hello... I'm worrying about my health wither i have jaundice or something like that.. coz my skin color is medium with a little yellowish tone to it. and my palms and soles are yellowish to orangish and I have dryness in the palms of my hands and soles of my feets. I use the moistrizer like 5 times a day (or more) and still sometime I feel my palms and soles are just dry without creams. most of the time I feel soo lazy and my urine is yellowish (I think because I don't drink a lot of water) but it's not really dark, my eyes are white and my nails are normal pink color. I have some dark areas in my body like some old marks (especially in my feet) and I used almost everything to get rid of them but I can't! is there anyting wrong with me???? altho I miss vitamin D in my body coz I dont really go out in the sun that much! so could it be because of vitamine D or is it something else?
