Could Duphaston Be Harmful During Pregnancy?

My heartbeat was not detected at the 6 th wk plus two days. Dr advised me to take duphaston but im reluctant. Want to wait for 10 more days for another ultrasound. 6 months back i had missed abortion on the 11 th wk. Growth had stopped on the 7 th wk . I had taken duphaston last time but baby wasnt saved. Wt should i do?
