Could Early Menstruation And Constant Pain In Pelvis Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I was intimate with my lover and then my period started 3 days later, a little more than a week earlier than I m scheduled. My period usually lasts for 3 - 3.5 days and this was no exception, however the last two days had a bit of brown and was a bit lighter. I have a minor ache in the left side of my pelvis that remains constant. Could I be pregnant?

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There is a chance of pregnancy if you had unprotected intercourse.
The bleeding can be related to Implanon bleeding.
I suggest to do a pregnancy test or a Beta HCG blood test for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
