Could Early Menstruation Be Due To Antibiotics Taken For UTI?

I am taking antibiotics for uti at the moment. Theres no blood in my pee but when i wipe there is blood sometimes pink, red or brownish. I am not in pain or anything. I had my second urinalysis and the antibiotics seem to be working the doctor said. I will see i urologist tomorrow. I am due to have my period on the 30th. Is it possible that because of the antibiotics my period happened earlier than expected?
