Could Elevation In PTH Level Be The Cause For Cramps In Hands And Feet?

I have a pth level of 95 calcium normal, have had these problems off and on for several years, but most of the time the calcium was elevated, but it is not now. My vitiman D is normal, but take 50,000 mg. a week or it will get low. my age is 56. Can this cause cramps and tingling in hands and feet.
