Could Elevation In Cholesterol Level Be Due To Predmet?

please let me know if i have taken predmet 4mg for nine days as in three tablets for 3 days, two tablets for 3 days and one tablet for 3 days from 28 dec to 5jan and then had an elevated cholesterol 239 and a reduced calcium level 8.3 when i did my tests on d 15 of jan.is elevated cholesterol a side effect of predmet.thanks
