Could Enlarged Uterus Be Due To Excess Masturbation?

I have a strange question . I went to the doctor and after an ultra sound he said i have an enlarge uterus but not sure why until blood work . Could it be cause my masterbating too much i know i do it way too much and im not sure why can do it 4 x a day some days .
