Could Enlargement Of Ovary Affect The Chances Of Pregnancy?
Hi, I am 28 now. And planning for my first baby. I have 2 ovarian cyst in left ovary measuring 6.5cm and 2.5 CMS. And my ovary is enlarged. My doctor suggested me ovarl g. But the cyst not get reduced. Now I am told to have laparoscopic surgery. Will this affect me from getting pregnant. How long it will take to plan for my pregnancy after surgery. Thank you

though infertility is a side effect of cyst surgery,but you have it only in left ovary.so your right one is totally normal.so chance of infertility is almost zero.
if the operation is cystectomy or vapourization of the cyst then chance of damage to left ovary is also less.
if your cyst are a part of PCOS fertility is easily regained by hormone therapy.
so dont worry.
