Could Erection Problems Be Due To Masturbation?

hello doc. i am 19 years old and i began masterbating frequently at the age of 8. by frequently i mean everyday. over the last 6 months or so ive been having trouble getting a hard errection. is masterbation the reason? could i have permenantly damaged anything? thanks!

Masturbation cannot permanently damage anything on your penis. But rough masturbation and too frequent masturbation can hamper your erection.
