Could Excessive Alcohol Invite Undue Heat And Hot Flashes In Body?
When I drink, even moderately, I wake up in the middle of the night feeling hot in the inside. Like my blood is overheating. I often feel scared like I'm about to die. I drink in moderation. Last night I drank 1.5 margarita and this hapoened to me. I started to notice this a few years back when I would forget to specify the type of vodka I wanted and they'd give cheap vodka. Even after 1 of these drinks, I'd wake up in the night with this same feeling. What is that about?
