Could Extreme Fatigue Be The Withdrawal Symptom Of Prednisone?

79 year old husband taking prednisone for 6 weeks, starting with 60mg, kidney issues, tapering down for the next month..side effects are awful, extreme fatigue, can't walk without shuffle..is this normal for withdrawal, also on 40 mg of Lasix, gained 32 lbs in 3 weeks..help

dear madam, both Lasix and prednisolone can cause fatigue, you should keep precautions that prednisolone should not be taken empty stomach, and maintaining a healthy diet is must with the drugs.
