Could Extreme Tiredness, Dizziness, Heavy Periods, And A Growing Bruise With An Itchy Rash Be A Sign Of A Serious Condition?

Hi there, I have been experiencing extreme tiredness (I slept an entire day my last day off), dizziness and generally feel off and have trouble concentrating- my periods have been extremely heavy and I’ve noticed recently (most concerning) a large bruise and itchy rash on my hip. It appeared out of nowhere and it’s getting larger daily. Thanks for your help!
