Could Falling Off Chair Cause Swelling In Butt?

hi there, i fell off a rolling chair about 2 weeks ago. now i have a hard minor swelling on my left buttock, near to the center of my butt.?
Could this be related to the past fall?..there are no apparent bite marks or lesions of any kind...there are 3 small red dots in that area, but that is all.
