Could Fatigue Along With Chills And Weight Gain Be Symptoms Of Hypothyroidism?

I am currently being treated for hypothyriodism. Over the past six months I have seen my sx of fatigue, cold intolerance and weight gain increase. Is it possible that the blood test results don t paint an accurate picture of the thyriod function or could it be something else completely.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Hypothyroidism is associated with the symptoms mentioned, fatigue, cold intolerance and weight gain.
If you are still having these problems then you would need to have your TSH and thyroid hormones checked.

IF you are still having symptoms and your thyroid function is normal according to your tests then another cause may be present.

I hope this helps
