Could Fatigue And Headache Be Side Effects Of Surgery?

I have headache & dizziness & extrem fatique after upper molar extraction & closure of sinus 3 days ago (due to abcess) Received Versed, Fentanyl & Propolol for sedation during the procedure. Only new drug taken after surgery is one time dose of Motrin 800mg. Are my symptoms likely a side effect of the drugs or the surgery itself.?

Yes these symptoms can be seen in patients with upper molar extraction and sinus surgery. You are taking ibuprofen 800 mg one time. Try out tab Zinase-D twice daily instead of motrin 800. As the swelling and pain subsides symptoms will normalize
