Could Fatigue Be Related To HCOM Despite Undergoing Septal Myectomy?

My husband (25 yr old) had a septial myectomy in Jan 2011 to help alleviate his symptoms of HCOM. At the three month checkup he was feeling great and had plenty of energy. His test results all came back in the "normal" range. Now he is extremely fatigued and feels like he did before the surgery. Could this be related to his HCOM?
