Could Fatigue,flu Like Symptoms And Diarrhea Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello my wife and I have beenntrying to have a baby. Her obgyn had her take clomid 50mg on January 29th and fisished that on Feb. 2nd. She is also taking metformin to help with pcos. We took a blood test on Feb 16th to check for hcg and the test was negative. Sher has been feeling like she has the flu coming because of fatige but she has also has diarrhea every other day for the pass 4 days. Could she possibly be pregnant and it was to early back on Feb. 16th?

The symptoms you have mentioned does not indicate that she is pregnant as the urine pregnancy test came out negative. I suggest you to repeat the test once again with early morning sample and make sure about the pregnancy. If your report is negative then the delayed period is due to the PCOS. But the symptoms you have mentioned are more of the side effects to the medicines you are using. So please consult your treating doctor and explain about these symptoms.
