Could Feeling Of Drainage From Inside The Forehead With A Painful Bump Indicate Tumor?

I have been having drainage from what seems to be the inside of my forehead, (I am a sufferer of severe Migraine Headaches,) anyhow my doctor ordered a Brain C Scan but not till next week, this morning however, I woke up with a big, painful bump on the very top of my nose, near my forehead and I am worried as tumors run in our family. What can this be?
