my name is Ashley I have an iud and its been fine until recently all the sudden I feel like vomiting all day long and cant shake the feeling also I was having severe pain in my uterus and I feel very jittery I cant sleep nor eat my question is does this have anything to do with my iud

The symptoms that you have are not likely to be related to IUD if you are having IUD for last more than one month. These are more likely to be related to gastritis.
