Doc, I have findings in my lungs last Nov 18, 2013. I was given already an antibiotic for 5 days and I made an xray again on Nov 28, 2013 but the findings was still there. I was given another type of antibiotic which is Zenith for 5 days and I undergone xray again on Dec 14, 2013 but the findings has never changed. I was given another medicine and I made another xray this January 7, 2014 but still no changes at all. The findings is in my upper right lungs. What is my illness Doc? Am I positive for TB? I made a sputum test last December 20, 2013 but the result is negative. Please help me. Thanks

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Generally TB affects the upper portion of lungs and if despite antibiotics, it`s not going, one of the possibility could be TB. Do you have symptoms like fever, cough, breathlessness and weight loss. You should consult a pulmonologist who can have a look at you in toto, carry out other necessary tests and advise you accordingly.
