Could Foot Pain With Painful Movement Be Due To Fracture Or Bruising?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My son jumped about 10 feet down off a ledge-landing on his feet. We proceeded to hike for another half hour. He was limping not putting much weight on foot. We gave him epsom salt soak~7 hours later he can't move his foot~extreme pain. Can something be broke?? Or just bruised??
