Could Foul-smelling Urine Two Years Post-VSG That Reoccurs Be Due To Dehydration Or Another Complication?

I am postoperative vsg 2 years and I have a foul smelling urine every day , I am an on antibiotic the smell goes away and return after they are all taken. I am trying to increase my fluid intake. Could this be dehydration or what other complication could be going on ?
