Hi,

I feel it is too early to classify your problem of recurrent headaches and hiccups as anxiety. First of all, we need to analyse the basis of the problems and try to look for some changes in our lifestyle which can help you solve the problem. Take a good night's sleep 7-8 hours, maintain a proper posture and proper illumination (light) while working. This will reduce your headache. Take the proper night, avoid spicy and oily food especially at night, reduce the intake of tea and coffee, and take in a lot of water at least 2-3 liters per day.

If with these measures your problem is not solved, get your self investigated. Get an eye check-up done and get some blood investigations like blood count, sugar levels, helicobacter pylori and liver function tests. Then we can finally find a solution to your problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Milinda Gupta, Internal Medicine Specialist
