Could Frequent Headaches Over The Past 4 Years And A Recent Nosebleed With Spitting Blood Be Related?

Hello Doctor, I have had almost 4 years of headaches. It will happen almost every day. I m lucky if I survive a week without a headache. Yesterday, I had headache from the night before until the next day after. At night, around 7pm, I had a nose bleed next thing I know, I ve been spitting blood too. It lasted for around 15-20mins, if I recalled it right.
