Could Frequent Or Increased Boils On My Girlfriend’s Private Area After Sleeping Out Be A Sign Of Sexual Activity With Someone Else?

please I have this issue with my girl , she usually has boils on her private part but just one or sometimes none , but I’ve observed twice that she slept out , she came back with more boils on her private part , I just wanted to know if this is a sign that she had sex with someone else when she went out .
