Could Frequent Stimulation Of My G-spot With A Toy Cause Internal Swelling And A Bumpy Feeling?

Hi, so basically I’m a girl and I was using a ( toy ) on myself a lot and I believe I was rubbing against my g-spot and the more I touch and rub it the more I feel I get tighter and like swelling up inside. also, I even put a finger inside and it’s like crazy inside like bumpy. what should I do and is this something I should be really worried about?
