Hi
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your symptoms it seems to be UTI or STI
get your urine test for culture and sensitivity for confirmation of diagnosis
chlamydial infection causes vaginal discharge
if you are experiencing similar complaints you can take azithromycin 1 gm single dose for chlamydia

Have plenty of fluids to flush off urogenital tract
maintain a good hygiene
Hope I have answered your question
feel free to ask for further assistance
have a nice day
take care
I find this answer helpful
