Could Getting An Orgasm Effect Pregnancy?

Dear Doctor i am 6 and half weeks pregnant with ivf, my doctor adviced not to have any orgasm before 12 weeks...but looks like i had one while reading something.does this effect my baby ?? or my pregnancy in anyway..could you please let me know i am so psyched about it right now. ???
