Could Haemorrhagic Cyst In Ovary Be Endometrioma?

Hello i have some questions that i would like to ask you please.. i did an abdomen and transvaginal ultrasound yesterday and they found mild hepatomegaly (17 cm) and a hemorrhagic cyst 4 x 3.8 x 2.9 cm in my right ovary. they told me that it might be endometrioma.. i would like to hear your opinion.. Lymph nodes,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen and kidneys are normal they told me also..

It is possible that the results are due to an endometrioma .

This is an estrogen dependent cyst found in women of reproductive age. It is benign (not cancerous).
There are different treatment modalities.

It can be treated by monitoring, oral contraceptives if not trying to conceive, cyst removal or hormonal medication.
