Could Hard Uterus During Pregnancy Result In Miscarriage?

hello, my step daughter is pregnant and said the doctor told her that her uterus is hard and she needs to put her feet up. she is only 5 months but looks more like seven have you seen this kind of thing? I have never heard of a hard uterus. she said it could cause a miscarriage.

first u should have done all the checkups like blood tests and ultrasound.u have not mentioned whether usg done or not yet, if not done then quickly run for it other things may also happen. in my opinion there might some tumour or fibroid but i m not very sure of that as u have not given ur scan report,or told about that scan.only a scan can rule out what is inside the abdomen.because i have never seen such a harder pregnant uterus as u r telling.lets hope for the good.
