Could Having Alopecia Areta And Burning Tongue Syndrome Indicate Pernicious Anemia?

I developed alopecia areta and burning tongue syndrome at the same time. My tongue is very painful and has been examined by my dentist and an ENT. The ENT did treat me with Nystatin but it continues. I am questioning if I have another disorder such as Pernicious Anemia
