Could Having Foreplay And Reaching Orgasm By A Gay Cause STD?

I had a sensual massage by a gay male. He was nude, as was I, and used his hands, body, and chin to massage me. The massage concluded with him using his hand on me until I reached orgasm and ejaculated. I am fairly certain there was no risk of hiv based upon this contact, but just wanted to double check, in addition to being curious if I am at risk for having contracted any type of std, hpv, or herpes as well.
