Could Headache, Vomiting, And Fever In A Child After Bumping Their Head A Serious Concern?

good day my son just slip in the bathroom and bump his head ,he just cried and have swelling in his head, hr dont vomit or have fever,only two days after the incident he said that he has an head ache,and he vomitted just once ..and he got fever...could it be dangerous?
