Hi,
If you have always had regular 28-30 day cycles, this pattern is definitely not normal. If you have been sexually active throughout without any protection, you should consider the possibility of pregnancy. You need to get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres instead of home pregnancy tests as they may not help much in your case. If pregnancy is excluded, you could possibly be having some hormone imbalance which may be transient. Further management can be based on a sonogram, general evaluation, hormone profile, blood counts and urinalysis. Hope this helps.
