3 days ago I had a severe allergic reaction. I was eating grapes, apples etc from a Starbucks protein pack. All foods that I eat regularly. Following the allergic reaction I have felt fluish, with a headache, heartburn fatigue and nausea caused by strong sense of smell. Urine is also darker than usual Am not pregnant. 45 yr old female.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Allergic reactions can manifest in different ways, most commonly as skin rashes though abdominal symptoms can occur in some persons.

Heartburn does not normally occur with allergies but in reflux which can also be associated with nausea.

To determine if you are allergic to the fruits that you were using, you should consider an allergy test. This can be in the form of blood tests or skin prick testing.
If the tests show that you are allergic to one or more of these then you would need to eliminate them from your diet.

I hope this helps
