Could Heart Palpitations, Frequent Waking, Numbness, Breathlessness, And Intense Fatigue While Lying On The Back Be Related To Anxiety Or Narcolepsy?

Once i lie flat in bed, my heart rate feels like it slows, and often i get painful palpitations as im closing my eyes after a couple minutes which make me jolt up sometimes before pain dissapates and i lie back down. I wake up frequently sometimes every 1-3 hours once i fall sleep, legs or arms are numb and tingling upon waking up, sometimes so severe i can barely move my arms, and it hurts to put pressure on my elbows. Following waking up i also have shortness of breathe and jumping out of bed feeling like i cant breathe or am extremely low on oxygen. My heart/chest has a dull aching pain/pressure throughout this, sometimes more noticable pain when i have a full breathe out and lying down. (might be unrelated) I feel like my body is forcing me to re-close my eyes upon waking up, there is constant pressure to close my eyes and slump over, even with feelings above, i have to forcefully push myself to move out of bed. Once i am standing/sitting out of bed, i still have severe tiredness and feeling of wanting to close my eyes, numbness and this feeling slowely dissipate over time while im eating/waking up. It feels as if my heart is not pumping enough or barely working after i fall asleep or am just lying flat in bed, and im getting the side effects of it. However i had EKG and blood taken and was deemed healthy two weeks ago and i m 22 years old and not obese so i m confused. I took a xanax and it merely masked the feelings of this, helped me go to bed, but all issues remained once i woke up. Could this be anxiety or narcolepsy related? I couldn t find any explanation online other then general heart failure symptoms, which is not reassuring.
