Could Heaviness In Chest With Cramps, Tiredness And Some Rectal Bleeding Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy ?

hi I think i might be pregnant i would be about 5 almost 6 weeks i sometimes get a heavy feeling in my chest and i cant catch my breath. i had a little bit of rectal bleeding? alsot im tired and cramps mostly in the morning. i dont know if i should take a test or if i should just wait cause it could be my period???

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
Usually urine pregnancy test kit can detect early pregnancy accurately after one week of missed period in case of regular menstrual cycles.
So, now you can go for urine pregnancy test.
If the test comes negative, possibly you may get periods soon.
Wait for one more week.
If you do not get periods even after one week, consult gynecologist once and get evaluated.
With her advice you can tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
