Could Heavy Bleeding And Cramping Across Lower Abdomen Indicate Menopause?

Hi, I m experiencing painful cramping across complete lower abdomen, bloating and heavier than normal bleeding abut 15-20 das out of 30...it feels like there s a ball or something in my lower abdomen. I m 46 years old. I ve gained 50 lbs in past year. I ve been watching my caloric intake and am not losing weight. I have almost no energy to walk yet alone exercise. Is this menopause?
