Could Heavy Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

I suspect that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. Ive had the morning after pill twice within a week. I had the pill the first time 3 days after my period. I had the second pill a few days later and on the first week I have had my period for 7 entire days. Does this mean Im pregnant?
