Could Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Along With Abdominal Cramping Be Due To Miscarriage?

I always have normal periods always in different day the first 3 days are always with heavy bleeding and cramping on my back and lower stomach. A few weeks ago i got my period on the first night I got horroble cramping that woke me up at 4 am I went to pee and took pain killers and was able to sleep. On the second night I didnt have the pain maybe because I took pain killers before bed and on the third night I again was woken up by the horrible cramping this time when I was in the bathroom after peeing I had a need to push and naturally I pooped but at the end I heared something hit the water, the lights were off and I didnt see what it was I thought it was blood that usually comes out. I again took pain killers and after that night I did not have any more pain. But I am wondering if its considered some sort of miscarriage or if it was just my body acting weird?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The miscarriage issue would be present in cases where the menses came beyond the period of expected last menstrual period. If the details of LMP is available, it would be quite straight forward for the further discussion. If one considers that menses came on designated time period, the passage of heavy clots of blood do mimic miscarriage products as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
