Could High BP Cause Recurring Dizziness, Painful Neck And Blurry Vision?

Hello, my husband has woke up this morning feeling dizzy, and has had neck ache a few times, he s almost 70 and has been up very early and been doing a lot of gardening, meaning lift, concreting etc., he wakes up early every morning and always has done,his eye sight also goes blurred I wondered if 1.. doing to much and could it be bigh bloodpressure he is resting in bed now Thank you
