Could Hot Flashes, Weak Joints, Tingling And Achy Muscles With Diarrhea Be Typhoid?

what could be wrong with me exacty??, ive experienced one night sweat about a week ago, then came the joints weakening and not severe pain, tingling, diarrea but not frequent, a headache not severe, eye strain. muscle aches asked another doc and got told it is typhoid related.
