Could Hymen Remain Intact After Vaginal Intercourse?

Hello. I am 19 years old and i want to start my sexual life...for real. A while ago I had a boyfriend and I let him get inside, like 4-5 cm. I didn't bleed and I didn't feel anything breaking inside. Is it possible that my hymen is intact? Or not broken? And can I bleed in a full sexual contact?
