Could Hypoglycemia Be Causing Greying And Bluish Tint Of Skin?

My 14 year old daughter has developed a distinct grey/blueness in her skin that used to be intermittent, and is now consistent. Because of her blue hands we assumed it was Raynauds, but now she has a slightly grey tinge along her jaw, exactly where a beard would be. She s also recently been complaining about sharp pains in her right side (since Sunday). She is active and otherwise healthy acting, however, in November, she had two episodes of fainting at school, one of which accompanied the greying and very cold hands. She also received a diagnosis of hypoglycemia in December. Now, the grey is permanent, Please advise
