Could I Be In Labour As I Am Getting Pain In My Back, Thigh And Buttock Cheek?

Hi I am 37 weeks pregnant my first ,I lost my mucus plug 2 weeks ago and have been getting discharge , I have very bad back ache low down and aches in my left thigh and buttock cheek , I saw the midwife 3 days ag and she said my baby is engaged , could I be in labour

hi.you should report to the hospital immediately. you can be in labour and moreover if you had lost the mucus plug 2 weeks ago then there are chances of infection and and going to labour earlier and needs close monitoring.if head is engaged, then likely to have a favourable pelvis and cervix. Thanks.
