Brief Answer
rare chances of pregnancy

Detailed Answer
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Though pregnancy is still possible , it is very very rare.
Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone. This can normally be detected by day 11 to 14 after possible conception.
If the tests were done at this time then they are likely accurate. If they were done before this time then it may need repeating.

There are other reasons of delayed periods and if the test is truly negative then you may need to visit your doctor to determine the cause.

I hope this helps
wish you good health
