Could I Be Pregnant As I Have Lower Back Pain, Sore Breast And Discharge?

Hi. I m 4 days late on period. Have severe lower back pain an period like cramping. White discharge, breasts are a tiny bit sensitive, left breast leaked a tiny bit of whitish liquid. Have taken 2 pregnancy tests. One was a very very very faint positive and the other negative. Could I be pregnant?

Hello, yes there are chances of pregnancy so repeat the test after 2 days and see for result and then visit a gynecologist for examination and usual blood tests
