Could I Be Pregnant By This?

Ok.. my fiance did not pull out last night. for the first and only time. I am on the pill and have no missed one(though i dont take it at the same time every day) and i have polycystic ovarian syndrome . I am 16 and plan to get a pregnancy test (how long should i wait to take it?) . I'm just wondering hoiw concerned i really should be about the possiblity of conception
