Could I Be Pregnant While On The Iud ?

Hi i have the mirena iud and have been experincing really bad back pains and head aches , stomach pains, no period and very tired. I have taking a home pregnancy test but it was negative. Could i still be pregnant?

Hi!
many of the problems you mentioned are related to iud.If urine test is negative you are probably not pregnant.better get a ultrasound scan to confirm the same.
