Could I Be Pregnant With Bluping And Glurping?

My stomack is rubling so much , and bluping and glurping , my lower back and middle and sometimes top half back hurts the left side , I came on my period 1 day early , and I took 6 pregnancy tests in that month , which was negative , could I be pregnant , is this a pregnancy sign ? Or normal

Hi. this all is not a pregnancy sign but anxiety. Nothing abnormal has happened and you have already checked it 6 times. If still any doubt then get a scan done and be assured.
